Interpreter fees differ from lawyer fees, because they are paid into Lawslane's account. Lawslane then pays the interpreter after the job is finished
Steps
- Once the price is agreed in chat, the team sends you a payment link
- Open the link to see the Pay for interpreter service (ชำระค่าบริการล่าม) page. It names the interpreter the team has arranged and shows the service, languages, date, and amount due, along with Lawslane's account
- Transfer the amount, then enter the contact name and phone number
- Attach the transfer slip, then tap Confirm payment (ยืนยันการชำระเงิน)
- The system checks the slip and shows one of these results:
- Payment received (ชำระเงินเรียบร้อย) — the team has your payment and will confirm the schedule in chat
- Slip received (ได้รับสลิปแล้ว) — the team is checking your slip and will update you in chat
- Tap Back to chat with our team (กลับไปที่แชทกับทีมงาน) to return to the same chat room
Good to know
- The payment link only opens for the account that sent the request
- The link may expire or be closed. If it won't open, message the team in the same chat to ask for a new link
- Only transfer to the account shown on the payment link page. The team will never ask you in chat to transfer to anyone else's account
