Create a contract from chat screenshots (Cap & Deal)

1. Upload chat screenshots

1. From the dashboard, click 📸 Cap & Deal or Create new contract (สร้างสัญญาใหม่) (if you have no contracts yet, the button is Start Cap & Deal now! (เริ่มแคปแล้วดีลเลย!))
2. Click Click to upload your chat images (คลิกเพื่ออัปโหลดรูปแชทของคุณ) and choose PNG/JPG images. To add more, click Add images (เพิ่มรูปภาพ). Images are shrunk automatically
3. Tick to accept the Terms and conditions for AI contract creation (เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง สำหรับการสร้างสัญญาด้วย AI)
4. Click Create smart contract draft (สร้างร่างสัญญาอัจฉริยะ) and wait for AI to analyze the chat. At this point the system checks that you have no more than 10 images and that each is no larger than 3MB

Make sure your screenshots show everything you agreed on, such as the work to be done, price, deposit, and delivery date. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in first, and your uploaded images will be kept.

2. Review the short contract draft

AI fills in the form first. Fields that are still empty are highlighted in amber.

• Employer (ผู้ว่าจ้าง) / Contractor (ผู้รับจ้าง) — full name (required), ID card number, and address
• Scope of work (ขอบเขตงาน), Total price (THB) (ราคารวม (บาท)), and Delivery deadline (กำหนดส่งงาน) are required
• Deposit (THB) (มัดจำ (บาท)) and Payment terms (เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน) are optional

Read all of AI's warning boxes before continuing.

• ⚠️ Information not found in chat (ข้อมูลที่ไม่พบในแชท) — details you should agree on further
• ⛔️ Risky messages! (ข้อความที่มีความเสี่ยง!) — messages in the chat that could lead to disputes later

AI only helps with a first draft. It is not legal advice. For high-value or complex work, have a lawyer review it first.

3. Choose the next step

Creating a link or downloading a PDF counts as 1 contract in that month's quota (see Plans and quotas).
