How to sign
- The contract owner clicks Click to sign (คลิกเพื่อเซ็นชื่อ) in their own party's box on the contract page. The other party, who opens the share link, clicks Sign (…) (เซ็นชื่อ (…)) in their own box. The part in brackets is their role for the contract type, such as employer, contractor, or buyer
- Draw your signature in the Signature (ลงลายมือชื่อ) box
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number, then click Get OTP code (รับรหัส OTP)
- Enter the 6-digit code from the SMS, then click Confirm and sign contract (ยืนยันและเซ็นสัญญา)
When both parties have signed, the status changes to Fully signed (Signed) (เซ็นครบแล้ว (Signed)).
Signing rules
- The same party cannot sign twice
- The same phone number or the same account cannot sign for both parties
- If the terms are edited after the first party signs, the second party cannot sign. You must create a revised version
- Contracts that are fully signed or cancelled are locked and cannot be edited
What the system records as evidence
Each time someone signs, the system records the phone number that verified the OTP, the IP address, the device used, and a fingerprint of the contract content at the time of signing, to confirm the content was not changed after signing.
