Cap & Deal (capdeal.lawslane.com) is built for freelancers, online shops, and anyone who agrees on work or a sale over chat. Just cap (screenshot) the chat, and AI reads it and drafts a contract for you. Then send a link so the other party can sign online, verified by OTP on their phone.
How it works

Log in
Use the same account as lawslane.com. If you are already logged in on one site, you are logged in automatically on the other. The Cap & Deal login page supports Google, LINE, and email (details).
Lawyer accounts are redirected to the lawyer dashboard on lawslane.com, because Cap & Deal is made for general customers.
Dashboard
The Dashboard shows your 5 most recent contracts with their status (Draft (ร่าง) / Awaiting signature (อยากเซ็น) / Signed (เซ็นแล้ว)). Click View contract (ดูสัญญา) to open one, or Create new contract (สร้างสัญญาใหม่) to start a new one. If you have no contracts yet, you will see the message "No contracts created with Cap & Deal yet" (ยังไม่มีสัญญาที่สร้างจากแคปดีล) and a Start Cap & Deal now! (เริ่มแคปแล้วดีลเลย!) button instead. The sidebar's Quick services (บริการด่วน) panel has shortcuts to Cap & Deal, Legal documents (เอกสารกฎหมาย), AI advisor (AI ที่ปรึกษา), and Profile (ข้อมูลส่วนตัว).
